How we handle your information, and the terms that apply when you use Smapps.

Privacy

Smapps provides a cloud point-of-sale and business management platform for retailers, restaurants, pharmacies, and hospitality businesses. This policy describes the information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Account details you give us, such as your name, email, phone number, and role.
  • Business details, including the business name, outlets, staff, and subscription plan.
  • Demo requests submitted on this website, including your name, work email, phone, company, role, industry, store count, timeline, and any note you add.
  • Information created while you use the product, such as sales, inventory, customers, and settings you enter.
  • Technical data such as device type, browser, and log data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information to provide the product, respond to demo requests, bill for subscriptions, support your account, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who host the platform, send email, or process payments on our behalf, and only so they can perform that work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Your customers' details stay in your account and are not used to market other products to them.

How long we keep it

We keep account and business records for as long as your subscription is active and for a limited period afterwards so we can meet legal, tax, and support obligations. Demo requests are kept so our team can follow up and then removed when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop using a demo request to contact you. Email hello@smappsgroup.com.

Terms

These terms apply when you visit this website, book a demo, or use the Smapps platform. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to them.

The service

Smapps provides software for sales, inventory, and business operations. Features available to you depend on the plan and add-ons on your subscription. We may update the product as we improve it.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping sign-in details confidential, and for activity under your account, including staff you invite. You must be authorised to act for the business you register.

Your data

You own the business data you enter, including products, customers, and sales. You grant Smapps permission to host and process that data only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store your customers' information.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. That includes attempting to access another business's data, disrupting the platform, or using it for unlawful activity.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you select. Fees are shown before you confirm a purchase. You can cancel renewal before the next period starts. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless we suspend the account for a breach of these terms or an unpaid invoice.

Availability

We work to keep Smapps available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, and factors outside our control can interrupt access. The service is provided as available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Smapps after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Security

We protect the platform with access controls, encrypted connections, and monitoring for abuse. Staff access to customer data is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

You are responsible for choosing strong passwords, limiting who can sign in, and reviewing staff permissions inside your account. Tell us at hello@smappsgroup.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

Cookies

This marketing site does not use advertising cookies. The Smapps product uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and protect the session.

Those cookies are required for the product to work. You can clear them in your browser, which will sign you out.

Questions about this page can be sent to hello@smappsgroup.com, or you can book a demo.
